English language (GCSE) permits students to demonstrate their ability to use the language in real life context, and use in an investigative, analytical approach to language topics, using personal experiences. It gives students the ability to read for clearer understanding and write for different audiences and purpose. It also helps students to develop their ability in self-expression, and improve their reading and writing skills.
